Our pet care staff has completed the Total Dog Walker Certification program, which includes 40+ hours of hands-on training. Your pup is in great hands!

Puppy Stretches
Getting a new puppy is a wonderful experience and Total Dog staff members are puppy care experts. The last thing you want to do is keep your pup cooped up inside all day! We will take your pup out for playtime to stretch and potty. At about 6 to 7 months of age your puppy will be ready to join one of our private walks.

FAQ
A Meet & Greet is required for all first-time clients and is $10. This is designed for you and your pets to get to know us (and vice versa). In home meet & greets are a great way to show us where you keep your pets leash, food / water bowls, boots, treats and everything we need to know about taking care of your pet! Meet and Greets shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes and are great way to get to know your Walker.
We make sure your pet will have a regular walker that you will meet prior to the first walk. If by any chance a dog walker should change, you will first be notified and given the option to meet the new one.
Yes, we can communicate directly with clients via mobile app. We will text, email, or send them notes on how the experience went, along with GPS tracking of our walk.
The service agreement gives our selected employee permission to enter your to home to care for your animals. It also states that you agree to our policies and procedures.
